I came across to your site on Diabetes Cures and I wish to share my story with your readers. One year Back i had got my blood Test Check done in which my blood sugar levels were the following:
Fasting -126 and PP - 220.
Doctors have advised me to do regular exercise and no medication was prescribed to me as i was just 30 Year Old.
